Category: Maternal Neonatal Nursing Tetralogy of Fallot (TOF) consists of four defects: a large VSD that is high in the septum, an overriding aorta that straddles the VSD, pulmonary stenosis and RV hypertrophy. It is the most common cyanotic congenital heart defect.
